To start on making my own musical CD(s).
- cakewalk Homestudio XL - software to edit music tracks
- a Creative Labs SB Audigy 2 ZL - a card for my computer that allows me to record
- a lot of material - though some is ancient
- two microphones - I’d like to upgrade these
- time - but I’m concentrating on photography at the moment
- DVD-CD burner
- label maker and CD thinline cases, for the finishing touches.
So I should be able to get started.

I am obviously reading your blog 10 months late, but tell me...how's it going? Did you record a CD? You have essentially that same set up I have (which is how I found your blog in the first place) and I too have had a goal to create a CD.
