Rick, a photo artist who goes by the name "words fail" had the vision to start a group where people could donate their photos in return for donations to the American Red Cross. All focused on the Katrina relief effort, of course.
Not only is he innovative and a self-starter, he's also a top-notch photographer, as you can see from this shot.
